How It Works

Everbride is a marketplace for wedding dresses. Brides sell their dress to brides who are looking for one – and bridal shops offer their dresses too. We do not buy dresses ourselves and we have no warehouse: every dress stays with the person selling it.

Buying a dress

  1. Browse and filter

Search by size, brand, colour or price. The distance filter finds dresses near you.

  2. Save dresses and searches

Put dresses you like on your wishlist. Save a search and we will email you as soon as new matching dresses arrive. Both need an account.

  3. Message the seller

Every dress page lets you send the seller a message. You will then find the conversation under “Conversations” in your account.

  4. Ask and try it on

Ask about measurements, alterations and condition. If you can, arrange a fitting.

  5. Agree the details

Put price, payment and handover or shipping in writing in the chat. That way you both know what was agreed.

  6. Pay and collect

You pay the seller directly – safest at the handover, once you have seen the dress.

Selling a dress

  1. Describe your dress

Under “Sell Your Dress” you upload photos and describe your dress: brand, size, condition, price and location. You do not need an account for this yet – your draft is saved.

  2. Check the preview

You see your listing the way buyers will see it and can still change everything.

  3. Create an account and pay

Only now do you create an account (or sign in) and pay €19.95 for 12 months – no commission. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your listing is online.

  4. Answer enquiries

Enquiries from buyers arrive in your account under “Conversations”. Check there regularly so no bride has to wait for your answer.

  5. Confirm availability

At most once a month we email you to ask whether your dress is still available – with views, enquiries and wishlist numbers. One click is enough, and you can unsubscribe from the reminder at any time. A listing runs twelve months from the day it is published – shortly before that we ask you by email, and for €9.95 (dealers: the price of their dealer package) you renew it for another twelve months after payment.

  6. Sold!

Mark your listing in your account under “Dresses” with “Mark as sold”. Then you will stop getting enquiries.

Who pays whom?

As a seller you pay Everbride for your listing (private: €19.95 for 12 months). The buyer pays the price of the dress directly to the seller – Everbride is not involved in that payment.

That is why there is no buyer protection with us. Agree everything that matters to you in writing in the chat first.

You know Wunsch-Brautkleid?

Everbride is the new home of wunsch-brautkleid.de – under new management. Listings that were online on the old site at the move came with us. They keep running until their current paid term ends and then stay online for six more months free of charge – no package needed. Once the free period is over, you renew them for €9.95, twelve months at a time. Dealers renew at the price of their dealer package.

Listings that were not online on the old site at the move – for example because they had expired or were hidden – are not online here either. If you want to offer such a dress again, list it anew.

You can usually keep using your account: sign in with your existing email address. If your password does not work, reset it via “Forgot password?”.

Stay safe

Stay in the Everbride chat, never give out card details or passwords, and do not ship anything before the money has really arrived in your account. An email is not proof of payment.
